CREC Canada manages 9515 Montrose Road located in Niagara Falls, Ontario, an 114,000 square foot industrial property. CREC Canada was successful in negotiating a lease with a national technical support call centre for close to one half of the building. CREC Canada’s leasing staff is working to secure an additional tenant using our extensive broker and tenant database. The property was repositioned by CREC Canada after many years of vacancy through an aggressive leasing and capital improvement program. CREC Canada oversaw the building and site improvements totalling more than $3 million.
